Hypno-Reiki is a Supercharged Self-Care treatment, combining energy work, anxiety release, quiet time, meditation, introspection, and relaxation all in one. You can experience explosions of deep, rich royal blue, indigo and amethyst energy as if it is being painted on your eyelids.
Begin by being guided through your tunnel of healing protective love light and guided-breathing exercise before doing a brief body scan. The meditation portion lasted roughly 20 minutes to reach the hypnotic state.
In a hypnotic state, reiki will energetically be performed from chakra to chakra, tuning into the sound frequency of each to their equilibrium and balancing your body’s vibrations. While in each chakra guided imagery is detailed, with the colors of each chakra’s sensations and feelings deeply detailed.
