Metaphysical Counseling

Metaphysical counseling offers a space to explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, emotions, relationships, and life experiences shaping your inner and outer world.

Our work brings together conscious reflection, intuitive insight, philosophical and spiritual principles, and practical guidance to help you understand what may be unfolding beneath the surface.Rather than telling you what to believe or what choices to make, I help you slow down, recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and reconnect with your own discernment. Together, we may explore identity, self-worth, relationships and boundaries, emotional patterns, life transitions, personal meaning, spiritual development, and the subconscious beliefs influencing how you experience yourself and your life.

When appropriate, I may incorporate the Enlightened Spirit Oracle as a reflective tool. Symbolic imagery can help bring thoughts, associations, emotions, and intuitive responses into conscious awareness, giving us another way to explore what you may already be sensing or processing internally.

The cards are tools for self reflection and are not treated as absolute answers; They are a tool used to support reflection, conversation, and deeper self-awareness.

Sessions are individualized and may also incorporate guided imagery, mindfulness, subconscious exploration, embodiment practices, or other complementary techniques when they support the direction of our work.

The intention is not to give you someone else’s answers, but to help you develop greater clarity, self-awareness, emotional understanding, and trust in your own ability to move forward consciously.

Subconscious Pattern & Identity Transformation

Subconscious Pattern & Identity Transformation

Many of the patterns we struggle to change are not simply a matter of willpower. Our thoughts, emotional responses, habits, beliefs, and behaviors can become deeply familiar subconscious patterns that continue operating even when we consciously want something different.

Through subconscious exploration, focused awareness, conversational and Ericksonian techniques, guided imagery, emotional insight, and practical reflection, I help you recognize the patterns influencing how you think, feel, respond, and relate to yourself and others.

Our work may explore areas such as self-confidence, self-worth, overthinking, anxiety and stress patterns, motivation, boundaries, relationship dynamics, emotional reactions, procrastination, personal habits, body-related beliefs, and other behaviors or thought patterns you are ready to understand and change.

Rather than approaching an unwanted habit or response as something that is simply “wrong” with you, we explore what the pattern has been attempting to accomplish, protect, avoid, or provide.

From that awareness, we can begin developing healthier and more intentional ways of responding.

The goal is not to become someone else. It is to create greater alignment between your conscious intentions, subconscious patterns, and the woman you are choosing to become.

Emotional Regulation & Mind-Body Awareness

Emotional Regulation & Mind-Body Awareness

Our emotions influence how we think, respond, communicate, make decisions, and experience ourselves. When stress, overwhelm, or familiar emotional triggers take over, it can become difficult to distinguish between what is happening in the present moment and the patterns our mind and body have learned to anticipate.

I help women develop greater awareness of their emotional responses and the connection between thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and subconscious patterns.

Through the emphasis of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, breathwork, grounding, focused awareness, and mind-body practices, we can begin to recognize what is happening internally without automatically reacting to it.

Our work may explore anxiety and overthinking, emotional triggers, stress responses, frustration, insecurity, difficulty expressing emotions, feeling overwhelmed, or patterns of shutting down, avoiding, or reacting before you have had an opportunity to consciously choose your response.

The goal is not to suppress uncomfortable emotions or remain calm all the time. Emotions carry information. By learning to understand and work with them, you can develop greater emotional flexibility, self-awareness, and the ability to return to a more grounded and resourceful state.

Over time, this awareness can support healthier boundaries, clearer communication, more intentional choices, and a deeper sense of trust in your ability to navigate your own emotional experience.

Relationships, Boundaries & Conscious Connection

Relationships often bring our deepest emotional patterns to the surface. The way we connect, communicate, set boundaries, respond to conflict, and experience intimacy can be influenced by subconscious beliefs, past experiences, emotional conditioning, and the relationship we have developed with ourselves.

I assist women to explore these patterns with greater awareness and without reducing every relationship challenge to who is right, who is wrong, or what someone else needs to change.

Our work may explore relationship dynamics, communication patterns, boundaries, people-pleasing, overgiving, self-worth, emotional triggers, attachment and detachment, trust, recurring relationship patterns, difficulty expressing needs, and the tendency to lose yourself while trying to maintain connection with someone else.

Through metaphysical counseling, subconscious exploration, emotional intelligence, focused awareness, and practical reflection, we look beneath the immediate situation to understand what may be influencing how you are experiencing and responding to your relationships.

This work can support you whether you are navigating a romantic relationship, dating, separation, family dynamics, friendship changes, or simply recognizing that the way you have related to others no longer reflects the woman you are becoming.

The intention is not to tell you whether to stay, leave, forgive, reconcile, or choose a particular path. It is to help you become clearer about your own patterns, needs, boundaries, values, and choices so you can make relationship decisions from greater self-awareness and self-trust.

Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Grief can arise whenever something meaningful in our lives changes or comes to an end.

The death of a loved one, the loss of a beloved pet, the ending of a relationship, changes within a family, or a significant life transition can leave us navigating emotions that do not always follow a predictable path.

I provide a compassionate, grounded space to explore grief without placing expectations on how you should feel, how quickly you should move through it, or what healing is supposed to look like. Our work may include processing sadness, anger, guilt, loneliness, confusion, unfinished emotions, changes in identity, or the difficulty of adjusting to life after a significant loss.

We may also explore the deeper questions about meaning, mortality, connection, spirituality, and consciousness that can naturally arise during periods of grief and transition.

Through metaphysical counseling, emotional awareness, mindfulness, subconscious exploration, guided imagery, and other supportive practices, I help you better understand what you are experiencing while developing ways to remain grounded and connected to yourself as you move through change.

For those grieving someone who has died, our work may also include metaphysical mediumship when appropriate and desired. This may involve exploring intuitive impressions, symbolic imagery, memories, dreams, or other meaningful experiences that arise in connection with your loved one.

I approach mediumship as part of a compassionate, reflective process, without forcing an interpretation, promising a particular outcome, or asking you to set aside your own beliefs or discernment.

Grief is not something that needs to be erased, and moving forward does not require forgetting what or whom you have loved.

The intention of this work is to help you integrate your experience, honor what has mattered to you, and gradually discover how to carry love, meaning, and memory with you while continuing to live your own life.
