Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital media, personalized services, spiritual tools, and metaphysical products offered through Enlightened Hypnotherapy & Guidance LLC, all hypnosis MP3 downloads, digital products, booked sessions, private guidance experiences, and metaphysical services are considered final sale and are non refundable once purchased, downloaded, scheduled, or completed.

Opened Oracle decks, spiritual tools, and metaphysical products are also non returnable once opened, handled, or used.

Physical products may qualify for replacement or exchange only if they arrive damaged or defective during shipping. Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We do not offer refunds or returns for: • Change of mind • Personal preference • Perceived energetic resonance • Opened spiritual products • Downloaded digital products • Missed appointments • Completed services or sessions
